Please read these Terms carefully before placing any orders. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders and Design Process:
- Custom Orders: Our suits are made to order and require a consultation with our design team. You can schedule a consultation through our website or by contacting us directly.
- Quotes and Payment: After your consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your desired suit. All orders must be confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the suit.
- Design Approval: You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions throughout the design process. Once you are satisfied with the final design, you will be required to sign off on it before fabrication begins.
- Production Time: The typical production time for a bespoke suit is 6-8 weeks. We will do our best to meet your desired delivery date, but we cannot guarantee it due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Alterations and Cancellations:
- Alterations: We offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery to ensure your suit fits perfectly. Additional alterations are available for a fee.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before fabric cutting begins for a full refund of the deposit. Once fabric cutting has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled once the suit is completed.
3. Shipping and Returns:
- Shipping: All completed suits will be shipped insured to the address provided during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and will be added to your order total.
- Returns: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are satisfied with the final design before approving it for production.
4. Liability and Warranties:
- Limited Warranty: We warrant that our suits will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, or accidental damage.
- Liability Limitation: Our liability for any damages arising from or related to the purchase of our products shall be limited to the purchase price of the suit. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. Intellectual Property:
- All designs, patterns, and images on our website and social media are the property of Al Mirha Boutique and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
