All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your suit.
To be eligible for a refund, the suit must be returned in its original packaging, unaltered, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Please note that customized suits, including those with personalized hand embroidery or significant design alterations, are final sale and are eligible for return or refund but only 40% of refund could be possible.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our bridal suits. In the rare event of any manufacturing defects, we offer a full refund or repair upon return of the suit.
