Orders cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
In the unlikely event of an error on our part, such as delivering the wrong suit or experiencing significant discrepancies from confirmed customizations, you will receive a full refund upon return of the suit.
Partial Refunds:
Orders cancelled between 12 and 48 hours after confirmation will receive an 80% refund.
If you return your unaltered, unworn suit within 7 days of receipt due to buyer’s remorse, a 65% refund will be issued.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
